1. Cancellation by Coptering:
- Weather Conditions: In case of adverse weather conditions that prevent the safe execution of the flight, Coptering reserves the right to cancel the flight. In such a case, the flight will be rescheduled for a date convenient to the client.
- Technical Problems: If technical problems occur that affect the safety of the flight, Coptering will cancel the flight and reschedule it for a date convenient to the customer.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
- Cancellation or Date Change: Customers may cancel or change the date of their reservation as long as they do so at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, Coptering will reschedule the flight to a date convenient for the customer.
- Refunds: Refund requests must be made within the established deadline (48 hours prior to the flight) and will be subject to the specified cancellation conditions.
